Ultimate Mods LLC Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ultimate Mods LLC (“Ultimate Mods,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information across our services, including our mods and digital content storefront, our Discord community, and Sports Card Manager Pro (our eBay listing management application). By using any Ultimate Mods service, you agree to the practices described below.

• Account & contact information: name and email address, provided when you create an account, make a purchase, or open a support ticket.
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — see Section 3.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data, collected automatically via analytics tools to help us operate and improve our services.
• Third-party account connections: if you connect an eBay seller account through Sports Card Manager Pro, we receive an OAuth token from eBay — see Section 4 for details specific to that integration.

We use the information we collect to:

• Fulfill purchases and deliver digital content
• Provide customer support and respond to support tickets
• Operate features you’ve connected to your account (e.g. publishing and managing eBay listings through Sports Card Manager Pro)
• Monitor for abuse, fraud, and security issues
• Maintain and improve the performance and reliability of our services

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data with third-party service providers (Stripe, eBay, our cloud hosting providers) only to the extent necessary to provide the features you use — see Sections 3 and 4.

• Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe; Ultimate Mods never receives or stores full card numbers.
• OAuth tokens (e.g. for eBay account connections) are stored on our backend servers, associated only with your account, encrypted at rest where supported by our infrastructure, and are never included in any distributed application or client software.
• All data in transit is protected via HTTPS.
• Access to production data is restricted to what’s needed to operate the service, and we maintain access controls and audit logging around sensitive systems.
• We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law, and delete it on request per Section 6.

Sports Card Manager Pro lets you connect your eBay seller account so the app can create, manage, and monitor your eBay listings on your behalf.

What we collect. When you connect your eBay account, eBay issues us an OAuth refresh token tied to your eBay seller account. We do not collect or store your eBay password. We also access basic listing-related data through eBay’s API (e.g. inventory/offer details, listing status, watcher counts, bid counts) needed to keep the app in sync with your eBay listings.

How we use it. Your eBay refresh token is used solely to obtain short-lived access tokens for calling eBay’s APIs on your behalf, to publish, update, end, and monitor listings you create through Sports Card Manager Pro. We do not use your eBay account data for any purpose unrelated to operating the app, and we do not sell or share it with third parties other than eBay itself, as required to provide the service.

Storage. Refresh tokens are stored securely on our backend, associated only with your Sports Card Manager Pro account, and are never included in the distributed application itself — the application only ever holds a short-lived, revocable access credential to our backend, never your eBay credentials directly.

Revoking access. You can disconnect your eBay account at any time from Sports Card Manager Pro’s Settings page, which removes your stored refresh token from our systems immediately. You can also revoke Sports Card Manager Pro’s access directly from your eBay account’s connected-apps settings. Disconnecting stops all further API access; listings already published to eBay are not affected or removed.

Our services integrate with:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Discord — community interaction
• eBay — listing management, via Sports Card Manager Pro (Section 4)
• Cloud hosting providers — file and data storage

Each of these third parties maintains its own privacy policy governing how it handles data, and Ultimate Mods is not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review their policies directly.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request corrections to inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data, including any stored eBay refresh token and associated account data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

We use cookies for session management and analytics. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect the functionality of our services.

Our services are not directed at individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
