2. Digital Product Licensing
By purchasing or receiving any mod from Ultimate Mods LLC, you agree to the terms in our End-User Product Agreement (EUPA). These include:

No unauthorized sharing or uploading

No modification of original code/assets without written permission
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the mod on your personal game installation or hosted server.
3. Payments & Refunds
a. Payments
All purchases are handled securely through our third-party processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not accept cash or direct bank transfers.b. Refunds
We do not offer refunds after a mod has been delivered or downloaded. You may request a refund only before delivery. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
4. Intellectual Property
All products, mods, designs, logos, and graphics provided by Ultimate Mods LLC are the intellectual property of the company. You agree not to copy, claim, or redistribute any part of the content unless expressly allowed by written agreement.
5. User Accounts & Communication

All official communication must go through our support ticket system.b. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for securing your own accounts, purchase details, and mod files. Sharing your files may result in termination of access and support.
6. Disclaimers
a. No Warranty
All mods and services are provided “as-is.” Ultimate Mods LLC does not guarantee compatibility with all game updates or third-party software.b. No Liability
We are not liable for damages, bans, game corruption, or technical issues resulting from the use of our Services.
7. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time for violations of our Terms, including breach of the EUPA, suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse.
